Cheesy Egg Crescent Roll Casserole

Flaky, cheesy, and packed with bold green chile flavor, this Green Chile Cheesy Egg Crescent Roll Casserole is the ultimate crowd-pleasing comfort dish. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner, it’s an easy, satisfying bake with just the right Southwestern kick.
INGREDIENTS:
• 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
• 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
• 5 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups of shredded Cheddar
• 1 cup of Green Chile
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 9x13″ baking dish with cooking spray.
• Roll crescent rolls according to package instructions and place side-by-side in the baking dish.
• Whisk together eggs, green chiles, milk, cream, and season with salt and pepper. Fold in bacon and cheese, then pour mixture over crescent rolls.
• Bake until the rolls are golden and the egg mixture is set, 23 to 25 minutes.
