Green Chile Chicken Noodle Soup

Warm, comforting, and packed with bold Southwestern flavor, this Green Chile Chicken Noodle Soup takes a classic favorite to the next level. Tender chicken, hearty noodles, and Hatch green chile come together for a cozy bowl with just the right kick.


This delicious recipe makes about 20 cups


INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb. of boneless, skinless cooked chicken

• 12 cups of chicken broth

• 1 pkg (24 oz) of frozen homestyle egg noodle

• 1 tsp of black pepper

• Salt to taste

• 2 cups of chopped onion

• 2 cups of Hatch Green Chile - We like to use a hotter chile!

• 2 cups of Half and Half


DIRECTIONS:

• Bring chicken broth to a boil and add in your noodles, salt, pepper, half and half, green chile and onions. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Don't forget to stir often!

• Once the noodles are cooked, add in the chicken!
