Overnight Egg Casserole

Looking for a delicious and easy meal for a large group? This green chile egg casserole is perfect to prep in the evenings and enjoy in the morning!

Ingredients

1 dozen eggs (beaten)

1 quart of milk

12 ounces of shredded cheese

4 cups of seasoned croutons

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 teaspoon dry mustard


Directions

Blend the above in a bowl.


Put the above mixture in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Top with 1 pound of cooked crumbled bacon or 1 pound of cooked sausage, cover overnight, and store in the refrigerator.


Next morning, gently press down on the mixture with a fork and bake uncovered @ 375 for 55 minutes. Enjoy!
